7) Bonifacio Global City, 1000-2000m2 for high end car showroom
8) Bonifacio Global City, Ortigas Center, Makati CBD, 1000-2000m2 for condo development
9) Pacific Plaza Tower – South Tower or North Tower, with or without income
10) Mckinley Hill or Mckinley West – 600-900m2, must be adjacent lots
11) Valle Verde – lot or house and lot @ 25M-35M
12) Acropolis or Corinthian Hills – lot or house and lot @ 20M-45M
13) Greenmeadows – lot or house and lot @ 45M – 90M

1) ground floor units in Makati CBD, 100-200m2, for retail and restaurants
2) vacant lots, 1000-2500m2, for gasoline stations along main thoroughfares, metro manila
3) office spaces at Makati, Ortigas Center, Bonifacio Global City, 50m2-2500m2
