hello everyone,
it’s valentines already, a month and half has gone by for 2014, hope you had a few transactions already . just a reminder to carefully choose the deals you’re working with to see if they’re realistic or not. we always have to know where the action is, the price investors are willing to pay and to work closely with motivated sellers.

a listing is only a listing if it doesn’t move ! i will be giving this seminar called ” transaction analysis” again, geared for brokers willing to learn more ! another one in the pipeline is a role playing theme wherein an open forum on how to talk and negotiate with clients ( sometime ago, i took a video of myself while talking to a client and realized how much i butted in while the client is talking).

this lectures are “free of charge” ( probably just the venue & food which is minimal ) and it’s my way of giving back to the industry that has Blessed me and my family. God Bless….
