hello everyone,
as promised, here’s my final version of residential property values as of july 31, 2013. as i was doing my research and confirming prices of actual transactions, i was amazed and shocked at the same time at how prices have go up so high in areas i am not so familiar with. market values have appreciated as much as 45% in some areas as you will notice from the figures below. for investors, speculators, build and sell companies and end users, there are still areas that are worth looking into with a good upside that haven’t appreciated as fast and that is where positioning counts.
should you have any comment or suggestion on other areas and more recent prices, please let me know so i could make the necessary adjustment. the market has been tough to assess as property values keep changing. of course, prices vary dues to several factors such as location, shape of lot, and motivation level of seller for most.
i hope this helps everyone in assessing their position on selling and buying a property. i am currently working on the latest commercial property values and hopefully will be done within a month’s time. thanks for your patience and support always.
