here’s some mind blowing property values of some select residential / commercial properties i have recently encountered.  take note, values are based on land alone as some practioners tend to include the improvement ( whether new or old ) into the land value which is very misleading !  :

take note that some of this are asking prices although some are now the benchmark, my apologies for the very late updates of both commercial and residential properties but as most of you may well know, the market has been so volatile.  should you have a property you need an appraisal on or just need to know the market value, i would be more than willing to give you an idea should my brain ( subject to senior moments ) allow it.

for those that have emailed and sent me a request for updated residential and commercial property values, i haven’t forgotten you. sorry,  i just don’t have enough time as my daily activities include the following: upload to the website, answer viber, emails, texts, access properties of friends / clients, negotiate deals and take incoming and return calls.
