hello everyone,
as promised, here’s a partial list of updated market values of prime commercial properties ranging from vacant lots, buildings, rawland and income properties within metro manila and provinces for your reference.
to date, we have experienced consolidation and minor correction but property values continue to reach new highs and will continue to do so ( i think at least for the next two years ). this is a direct effect of the global situation and as mentioned before, the Philippines remains one of the bright emerging economies aside from our neighboring asian countries, indonesia, vietnam and malaysia.
business process outsourcing and overseas foreign workers remittances continue to grow and with the increased confidence in our government by foreign investors, china in particular, the philippines will hopefully outdo the expected growth as predicted by adb, world bank and other financial institutions.
for the next few weeks, i will be summarizing residential, commercial, and industrial property values as my office updates them. should you want to know the market value of a property you own, please send me an email and i will do my best to get an answer to you.
by the way, Bureau of Internal Revenue, Assessor’s Office and Register of Deeds of different cities have come up with new procedures and new zonal values may also already been applied so please check with the necessary government agency to avoid any surprises. remember, the burden of knowing new rules and procedures in upon the property owner !
