here’s an article from forbes’ magazine’s correspondent, jesse colombo who talks about the Philippine Economy being a Bubble in disguise. I personally feel that the residential sector is already going through a much needed correction, with the studio and one bedroom units mostly affected. the industrial and commercial sector will continue to grow ( we’re estimating a 10 year period ) as more international companies are looking into moving their operations to the Philippines.
